Joe Leonardo returns to host and DJ this week's Practica! Thank you Mike McCarrel for filling last week.
To wind down from the festival, we will revisit the orchestra of Carlos Di Sarli, hearing what we didn't have a chance to the first time around.
From 9-10pm we explore why Di Sarli is one of our favorites:
- The lavish sound of Di Sarli's 1950's Intrumentals
- Di Sarli's roots in the late 20's/early 30's
- More passion than you can handle from his great singers: Rufino, Podestá, and Durán
