Joe Leonardo is one of the most active dancers of Argentine Tango from Portland, OR. Locally, he teaches group classes, offers private instruction, and hosts both a popular milonga and practica. Joe also travels to teach and DJ at festivals and in other tango communities throughout North America.In addition to his work as a tango professional, Joe is the creator of TANGO SILENT FILMS.
